it's hell week, and i'm this close to keeling over and just saying "okay school, you win."
BUT.
i did score FULL-freakin'-MARKS on my english exam! how's that possible you ask? allowing us to have one bonus question which totally made up for the 3 marks i lost here and there.
i also just finished my spanish oral exam, which went better than i expected. i... definitely did better than last semester. and gen (my partner-in-crime) owned that exam - i guess it does pay off to have lived in Espana (Spain) before.
hell week will last through till next week thursday. until then, say hi, but don't expect a conversation i can repeat verbatim. i'll tell you now that i will nod in agreement, and nothing of our conversation will register in my memory.
i have however promised my sister-daughter, vickie, that i will be attending her 19th birthday bash (which is a very big thing in canada - as the legal partying/drinking age anywhere outside of Alberta is 19). it's a weekend-long thing. i have every intention of getting as much work done before then. intention being the key word of the sentence.
