update! i scored the promotion i've been eyeing since Dec, which includes an extra $800 a month!

ever since i got that promotion at work, i've been feeling really swamped and occasionally frustrated (okay, maybe more than occasionally). taking my boss's duties and keeping my role in the company isn't easy, not that i was expecting it to be. though the job may come with some perks, i may spend hours doing so many things, but my list never ends. i guess this is what they call 'a job'.

i spend hours a day in conference calls. i think skype should just give me free minutes.

at least this means i can buy that ticket home (to Singapore) this May! can't wait to see you.
