overall, we can call today a productive day.

i had macs for breakfast at KAP with my new-found neighbour, huron. i would divulge details, but i feel it necessary not to.

dinner with a few friends from FSV makes my night (pictures soon), and at around midnight i hopped on over to Balcony to meet Ian and Varun (whom i hope to see again tomorrow at Baybeats).

it is here i mark the start of my goodbyes. so long farewell.




SIDE NOTE:
I have officially declared NEXT SATURDAY, 11th August 2007, as VALERIE DAY. it is a semi-farewell situation, where everyone and anyone is invited to be at Sentosa.

i, valerie, will be at one of sentosa's lovely beaches from a particular time to a particular time. you, my friend, are invited to be at the beach to just chill out with me AND in the company of your friends too. i want you to have fun too. it doesn't matter if i don't know your friends, all i want is to see YOU and take a gazillion pictures with YOU. so dress nice, put on your best smile and be at sentosa for me on VALERIE DAY. *if you don't like the sun, bring shades. if you like the sun, bring a volleyball/soccerball.

and if you need help asking your friends out, here's how a conversation with your friends will go:

'hey, wanna go sentosa this saturday?'

the replies would be either:

A. OKAY.
B. why this saturday?
C. who's going?

in the event that your friend answers A. you say, 'awesome! see you saturday!'
in the event that your friend answers B, you say, 'because my friend valerie is gonna be there to celebrate her farewell. she's leaving to canada for 4 years to study psychology in a small cowboy town. it would be terribly comforting for her to know that she will be missed when she's gone. OH, it doesn't matter if you don't know her, let's just go to the beach this saturday. didn't you say you wanted to tan?'
in the event that your friend answers C, you say, 'you, me, and (insert your other friends names) and my friend valerie.'

it's simple. so i intend to see you there! if you require a personal invitation, call me/msn me/hunt me down. just because i love you too. (:
