Q: what's better than a good saturday?
(: i headed up to m'sia with a couple of friends - this would be the first time i actually went out with them - though they have asked several times prior. there's nick, adrian, audrienne, sharon and amanda. the guys tried their very best to "protect" us 4 girls. and since we all got back with our limbs and money, i think they did a good job.
they speak chinese btw. and fluent english too. maybe give me some time, and i'll be able to speak better chinese. (:pardon the really unglamorous picture. we were trying to pretend we were the fantastic 4, i was obviously the ROCK - labeled and all. (:
we shopped, ate, laughed, ran across 8 lanes of traffic and walked the causeway home to singapore. the point of the trip? the shopping! there were so many things i wanted to get, but i figured that if i can't get 'em all, don't get any. yes, it's the new 'how-to-save-your-money' concept i adopted. i'm not too sure how it works yet, because i spent S$70 there. (: hahaa.
i picked up three(!) pairs of earrings from East India; pretty-pretty.
and a pair of sneakers from Everlast,
bubble gum...? i wonder how it got there.
my lovely new sneakers. (: i can't seem to find my blue converses - or well, rah can't seem to find my converses (they're lost, somewhere in her house.)oh, i also picked up a cap (to replace my stretched and oversized brown one).
i had a really good time; we intend to head up again.
what about my bintan trip? hmmm. good question. right now, on my end, there's rah and sophia who are set on going too. though rah would bring her boy, i'll take soph anyday. (: to my organiser, let's try for this weekend?on a side note, i ought to be saving for my trip to bangkok - april 12-17th - i'm going with the boys (i haven't seen them in ages; i miss them. oh you heard that didn't you? yes, i said i miss you boys!) on a side note version 2.2, my mum's coming back today. i should be seeing her in another 6 hours. i've been cleaning the house BIG TIME - 4 hours through the night (AFTER coming back from m'sia). i did the laundry, folded the several loads of laundry which sat quietly on my sofabed for the past 2 weeks, swept, mopped and cleared the nonsense that scattered (note the past tense) the house. (: i eventually crashed on my sofa.

oh oh oh, so many things have happened since she left singapore, so all the stuff that been's happening, mum doesn't REALLY need to know that. let's keep all the partying, and late nights, and stay overs out of the conversations aiight? (:
