clubbing night no. 1
i went zouk on wednesday (ladies' night!). honestly, it was a terrible idea, considering i had my assessed medlaw (read: media law) tutorial on thursday at 8-frickin'-am. BUT it turned out to be a pretty good idea, cos' i got to see tim. tim, people, tim! it feels like eons since we last saw each other.
AND i think dee and i did pretty well for medlaw :) we'll see.
somehow, i'm not surprised that i wasn't surprised.
EC said: "you're missing something..."
my reply: "oh? did i leave something at the club?"
EC: "no, you forgot to bring your smile today."
i said before, it takes more courage to say hello to a someone you know, than a stranger.
clubbing night no. 2 i went to cube last night. funny how at parties you get to see all the faces you'd never expect. like max, or nelson, or eugene, or tim (
again!). it wasn't all that awesome, because the dancefloor was packed with boys all ready to start groping the next pair of legs which were hopefully attached to boobs. ugh.
later, zhups asked me why did i dance with a total loser stranger who smelt bad.
"because he asked me very nicely; would you care to dance?" AND he did try to feel me up.
upon walking into the club, all eyes fall on you, and then you realise how little it takes to get a guy wanting to talk to you - you've got boobs, therefore you're a girl, therefore you're gonna be hit on, so as to ensure that the boys would be able to keep their homosexual preferences in the closet. time to come out now... :)
